After clearing out the living room and kitchen this morning at the house, I eventually managed to get a bit of revision done before grabbing some lunch and heading over to Auntie Jayne's house. It was surprisingly warm so we sat in the garden while Holly revised for her upcoming Maths exam and Grace and her friend Neesha made rocky road cupcakes. I had one for pudding after a yummy dinner of pasta and pesto and they were very tasty. Just the right amount of cake, chocolate and marshmellow. I'm going to bake a lot this summer. I say that, it'll be more like one cake which goes wrong and puts me off baking for life. That is much more plausible unfortunately!
