Claire's family have always had dalmatians and when we were little, they had one called Poppy who used to pull Claire around on her rollerskates. Because we all lived withing the same area, Vicki and I both remember seeing this feat, despite not knowing who Claire was it the time! Poppy passed away a few years ago and they have recently got a new puppy. Pepper is an adorable, a well trained three month old dalmatian who has brown spots rather than black ones. Claire and I took her to Willington today for a lovely walk. As she's so young, she can only go for short walks so we went to the weir and back. As Danish Camp allow dogs in, we popped in for some lunch and she was very well behaved. Pepper, not Claire. Well, Claire was well behaved too! We had to leave at half two as Pepper needed feeding. With her puppy diet, she eats amazingly well with meat, fish, vegetables, scrambled eggs and lots of full-fat milk. Better than the food I eat!
