Today the weather has been bad again. You'd never think we were in the South of France as it's actually been cardigan weather but apparently it's much worse at home so that's acceptable! I managed a bit of a sunbathe this morning and a quick dip in the pool while the Marger popped to the local supermarket to stock up on a few supplies. The weather didn't get much better but I spent the afternoon keeping an eye on the valley to see when the sunshine was creeping over. At one point, it looked promising so I raced to get up to the pool. The sun lasted for about fifteen minutes before the sky turned stormy. We sat inside for ages as it got really chilly and windy and then whilst Jayne and Barry prepared dinner, it absolutely tipped it down. It was like being back in England for a while. But it did mean we had a lovely sunset which hopefully has cleared the bad weather ready for the boiling hot temperatures of tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
