As featured on the One Show on BBC1 with Christopher Biggins! We knew these new traffic calming bollards were going to be odd but on our way to the fish & chip shop, we realised that they are very creepy. I don't think children are actually ever this small.... Leicester Council obviously thought they were a good idea!
